Privacy policy

This policy explains the information processed when you use Belight Freight and the choices available to you.

Account information

Supabase authentication processes account identifiers such as your email address and authentication records. Account settings allow users to request account deletion.

Search and product usage

Carrier and route searches process the locations and cargo criteria you submit to provide results. Do not enter confidential or shipment-sensitive information in search fields.

Subscriptions and payments

Stripe processes checkout, payment-method, billing, trial, and subscription information. Belight receives subscription identifiers and status information needed to provide access and account management, but does not receive complete payment-card numbers.

Analytics and diagnostics

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate product usage and diagnose usability problems. These services may process device, browser, approximate location, interaction, and network information. Browser privacy controls and supported opt-out tools may limit this processing.

Storage, disclosure, and retention

Browser storage may remember interface preferences and temporary search results. Operational data may be processed by service providers used for hosting, authentication, billing, analytics, and product APIs. We do not sell personal information or search terms. Records are retained as needed to operate, secure, and meet legal obligations for the service.

Your choices

You may manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal, clear browser storage, use browser tracking controls, or delete your account from account settings. Privacy questions can be sent through the contact page.
