Terms of service

These terms govern access to Belight Freight’s website, accounts, carrier research tools, and subscription features.

Software service

Belight provides self-service software and informational views of public and maintained logistics data. Belight is not a carrier, broker, freight forwarder, insurer, or government agency and does not sell, arrange, or fulfill transportation.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. You may delete your account through account settings. Account deletion also attempts to cancel associated active Stripe subscriptions before account data is removed.

Trials, subscriptions, and billing

Eligible users may start a 7-day trial by selecting an available plan and completing Stripe checkout. The selected subscription renews automatically after the trial and each billing period unless canceled. Current pricing and billing cadence are displayed before checkout. Payment details and subscription management are provided by Stripe.

Cancellation

You may manage or cancel a subscription through the Stripe customer portal available from account settings. The product displays the applicable renewal or access-end date returned by Stripe.

Data limitations

Search results and market information may be incomplete, delayed, or changed at the source. They are not endorsements, quotations, or guarantees of authority, insurance, safety, equipment, availability, pricing, or service suitability. Verify transportation decisions independently.

Acceptable use and availability

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may protect, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product operation.
